Souchet Inspired Woodwork
The history
Nicolas Souchet – founder of Souchet Inspired Woodwork – has a know-how resulting from 5 years of training at the Boulle School as well as an early immersion in the field of reproduction from the 18th century to the present day for luxurious projects. It led him to a renowned Parisian workshop where he discovered the luxury and exceptional market.
He took the turn towards independence in 2006 to freely put his know-how at the service of his clients, who would show growing interest in his vision and technical support. This experience was confirmed in 2016 with the acquisition of a historic workshop with recognized know-how in one of the cradles of French furniture manufacturing to approach new ambitious markets.
In 2017, aware of the importance of 4.0 in the development and sustainability of rare know-how, the workshops then developed new manufacturing processes combining the use of digital tools and the work of the hand. Nowadays, Souchet Inspired Woodwork is a forward-looking publishing-manufacturing house, which aspires – like its founder and manager – to promote its French art profession throughout the world.
