Joseph Dirand – J.M. Weston Flagship
Retail
Metal Wood Stone Bronze
This exquisit J.M. Weston flagship was designed by Joseph Dirand who managed to restore perfectly their spirit and emblematic savoir-faire. The store showcases Weston’s timeless boot tradition: their most emblematic shoes alongside contemporary creations designed by Olivier Saillard, their artistic director since 2017.
Joseph Dirand is most of all an interior designer who values craftsmanship: “Ours is a period of consumption, but we want to create things that last.” (Architectural Digest interview)
He’s used to working with our talented partner the Ateliers Saint-Jacques and for this project he trusted them with the carpentry, metalwork and stone-cutting.
Located 55 Champs Elysees and opened in 2018, the 6,500 square foot Art Deco space was adorned in walnut, gray and black marble, cut stone and beige leather.
